• Operate and monitor field equipment associated with Steam Turbine, WHRB and Fuel Gas systems.
• Carry out inspections on gas conditioning equipment, piping, valves, regulators, separators, filters, heaters and auxiliaries.
• Monitor fuel gas pressure, temperature, flow rate, differential pressure and filtration performance.

• Interpret P&IDs and maintenance manuals for troubleshooting.
• Operated and maintained Boiler Feed Pumps, including alignment, seal inspection, bearing monitoring and vibration checks.
• Ensure reliable feed water supply to boiler during normal operation and load changes.
• Diagnosed pump performance issues, such as cavitation, abnormal noise and pressure fluctuations, (suction, balancing and discharge pressure checks).
• Participated in WHRB installation and commissioning during power plant extension.
• Boiler hydro test, Steam drum washing, boiler and economizer line flushing, refractory work thermal soaking, thermal expansion test, and steam blowing.
• Carried out boiler start-up, shutdown, normal and emergency operations.
• Performed line warm-up and pressure charging over 150m cross-header pipe line from Boiler MSSV to the Main Steam Distribution Header per safety protocol.
• Monitor boiler operation parameters: pressure, temperature, drum level, and feedwater flow.
• Carried out inspection and maintenance of boiler auxiliaries; economizer, super-heater, ID fan, Deaerator, Feedwater Heater (Turbine Extraction), Ash Handling Systems.
• Assisted in turbine installation and alignment activities during power plant extension.
• Lube oil system flushing and leak test was done.
