I am a hospitality specialist with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

I have an immense passion for the industry and from experience gathered in 12 years, I have a deep knowledge of the industry, the do’s and don'ts, and possible ways to bring about growth, improvement, and development in the hospitality industry.

I have worked as a food server, cook, private chef, waiter, supervisor, event planner/manager, supervisor, kitchen manager, and restaurant manager in the industry and I currently work as head of operations and business development for a cafe/restaurant.

I have a great passion for this role and I believe I have lots of untapped potential and skills that need to be exploited.

I have learned, and unlearned and my experience so far has reshaped me to be an expert/professional in my field.
