Alerechi Ordu

My name is Alerechi Ordu, I build backend applications such as API and Micro services that other applications consumes. I am over a year plus in the tech industry and I understand what a good software practice is and the importance of project management.

I use Django Rest Framework to build scalable and well documented APIs, to make my work smooth I also add tools like Docker, Celery, Mailhog etc and my favourite server for hosting is Digital Ocean or Heroku.

Apart from Django Rest Framework, I have interests in FastAPI and I am leaning how to use it to build APIs as well, and also I enjoy using data science tools such as Numpy and pandas for data manipulations, I am looking towards learning AI and ML in the future.

My experience as a backend developer has been an amazing journey, I enjoy challenging myself and backend development gives me that platform to exercise my logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

I have worked with teams of 3-8 developers to bring real projects to life and that's the sweetest thing about software development.

The ability to collaborate with teams makes it more fun and easy to ace tasks assigned to me.

I hold a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management.

And this has helped me understand the business logic of software development.
