Experience
Identifying drivers training needs and coordinating training and testing of drivers.
Checks all repair work performed in workshop for completeness, this includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user.
Tracking of fleet vehicles for effective delivery and utilization in a cost effective manner.
Monitoring and Ensuring total compliance of fleet with state and federal law and regulations.
Add- Coordinating vehicles maintenance and recovery and reporting same for an informed decision making.
Addressing all challenges with drivers, deliveries, and client.
Carryout vehicle inspection and driver check
Evaluating, deploying and managing fleet operation staff.
Develop logistics requirement and deployment of truck for new operation.
Ensuring fleet availability and directing all transport/haulage activities
Perform other works as per need and instruction and direction from the unit coordinator
Ensuring effective management of all drivers.
Ensuring proper documentation of dispatched Trucks.
Ensuring that turnaround time (TAT) are strictly adhered to and enforced at all time.
