I am 26 years old of age. Studied Nutrition and Dietetics in Imo state University with a second class upper division honours.
I am passionate about modifying foods for people to meet their individual body needs and general health well being.
So far, I have had trainings in hotel management (food service, kitchen and restaurant). Also, I have supervised a restaurant in one of the biggest hospitality industry in Nigeria (Genesis group).
I am a certified caterer and have solely and with assistance, covered good service for a wedding and other occasions.
Recently, I just concluded an intensive one year training in clinical Dietetics in Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki. Here, I worked with and without the supervision of chief Dietitians in educating, counselling and managing several nutrition related diseases.
