I am passionate when it comes to directing warehouse production and packaging operations in a high-volume production environment. I possess a degree in Marine Biology from Akwa Ibom State University and have over two years' of experience in several production environments, including receiving, general warehousing and order consolidation. This includes over two years' experience in management. I also have high proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs of Word and Excel. I pride myself on my organizational skills and an ability to motivate a team to do their best work. I am self-motivated and need very little supervision. I am conscientious about being patient and personable with warehouse staff but also firm in order to meet deadlines.
In my current position, my daily activities include supervising and training warehouse employees, sustaining warehouse processes for storage and product handling and ensuring that recording, printing and labeling of products is done accurately and consistently. Additionally, I am proactive about planning for production growth and maximizing the system capabilities to minimize errors and waste. I have also been recognized by management for my good oral and written communication skills and my willingness to create changes within the production environment for exceptional order flow and efficiency.
