In 2021, I worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Circum Technologies Limited, where I excelled in providing top-notch customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. I effectively handled customer inquiries, resolved issues, and provided technical assistance. In 2022, I transitioned to a role as a Technical Consultant at BETA Computers Limited.
As a Technical Consultant, I leveraged my technical expertise to assist clients in implementing and optimizing their technology solutions. I offered tailored recommendations, troubleshooted technical issues, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
During my pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at American University of Nigeria, I gained a strong foundation in computer science principles, theories, and practical applications. The program provided comprehensive coursework in programming languages, algorithms, data structures, databases, and computer networks. Through hands-on projects and assignments, I developed proficiency in languages such as Java, and Python, while enhancing my problem-solving and debugging skills.

Additionally, participation in extracurricular activities and a final year project allowed me to expand my network, stay updated on industry trends, and showcase my technical expertise.
