• Reviewing data on loss exposures and loss experience to detect emerging trends or problems
• Identifying potential operational risk exposures, evaluating potential losses from those exposures, and developing mitigation strategies for high-risk situations
• Monitoring the performance of operational risk management controls through regular audits and assessments
• Developing, communicating, and enforcing operational risk policies and procedures
