- Following up the facility team on the generated Line-list of RoCs for various services such as Biometric/Biometric Recapture, Viral Load, Missed Appointment, IIT (Interruption In Treatment), and ROCs due for a refill for preemptive tracking
- EMR (LAMISPlus) troubleshooting/debugging and rectifying LAMISPlus and other EMR related issues to ensure that EMR data is a true reflection of the facility data
- Supporting the facility team on data concurrency across the reporting platforms such as DHIS2, LAMISPLUS and NDR
- Upload of NDR files from the various supported facilities in the Southern Cluster to the NDR portal, and analyzing NDR flags; compilation of the NDR flags and sharing with the respective facility Data Entry Clerk, and also guiding flags correction on the EMR
- DHIS2 data profiling, Analysis and NDR analysis to ensure quality data reporting across the board

- Conduct Data Quality Assurance (DQA) in supported health facilities using such tools as the SIMS, CQI, or any other official tool
- Support the integration of HIV/AIDS services into routine health services including reproductive health, routinely monitor and report performance indicators against target and engage in quality improvement measures
- Assist in the development, maintenance, training and use of computerized and mobile devices for data capturing of program activities
