Operation and Maintenance of two bay system 33/440 KV switch yard with its accessories including two numbers of 10/12.5MVA Transformer. Efficient handling of HT Panels and Breakers. Trouble shooting and fault Rectification of Breakers, HT Panels, and Battery chargers. Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of switch yard equipment like Transformers, Breakers, Lightning Arrestors. Scheduling and planning of 52 Week preventive maintenance. Operation and maintenance up to 800KVA Diesel Generator with control panels during power failure. Maintaining the Maximum Load Demand and Power factor within the permissible limit.

Breakdown

Voltage test will be taken for Power and Distribution Transformers. If BDV Value is Low, Then we will Plan for oil filtration.

Earth Pit Ohmic

Value will be checked for Power and Distribution Transformers and will be maintained below 2 ohms. UPS & Battery Unit Every Month P.M will be carried out. Energy consumption will be checked in All HT & LT feeders. If any error found means we will check CT Connections, CT Ratio, Multiplication factor and Program. Operation and Maintenance of Air compressor, Cooling towers, Hvac, chiller, Capacitor bank.
