I had master's degree in plant science and biotechnology, my studied was based on nutritional and anti-nutritional components of some lower green plants. my case studied plant was on mushrooms (pleurotus specie) and nutritional values carried out on this plants include proximate( carbohydrate, protein, fat, crude fibre, and mixture), Mineral (Micro and Macro elements), vitamins C & D while the anti-nutritional values include Oxlate, Cynaids Phenols and phytochemicals in the plant.
