I am currently working with Hoop telecoms Limited as a technical support officer and my sole responsibilities are intelligently picking out customer need, quickly process it and provide satisfactory solution to them.

Resolve non-technical customer issues, as well as first level technical support/resolution of customer link and monitoring of module server and customer bandwidth usage on PRTG.

Through my years of experience, i have acquired analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude, along with a systematic approach to come with solutions to resolve irregularities and discrepancies in electronic systems.
