APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF NUTRITION ASSISTANT SOKOTO In response to your advert seeking for applicant on the above position I hereby indicates my interest, I hold a senior community health extension worker’s certificate, and I also hold a high diploma in health education and health promotion and obtained BSC Ed health education affiliation of university of Maiduguri at NTI study center.

Iam Currently working with NEW INCENTIVES And also worked with Save the children international (WINNN project) as Local consultant and later as ward focal supervisor at Shinkafi LGA discharging the following duties: Intensification of advocacy to village heads towards supporting CVs in their activities, building the capacity of CVs on C-IYCF SOP and Protocols, Monthly Supervision of all Support groups meetings, Attend monthly LGA meetings, Collection and Collation of data from the C-IYCF support groups in the ward, coordinatesquarterly ward level CVs Feedback Meetings.

Before this position I held many position in my working carrier such as incharge of health facility and a local engagement officer with save the children international (WINNN) Zamfara for 2 years. Iam proficient in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft word, excel and power point and other data software with this I think Iam qualified for this position and Iam ready to discuss with you further on how my abilities march this job.
