• Manage IT devices like the Cisco, and Polycom video conferencing devices under Application Hosting Services (AHS) of the IT Department
• Setup the Polycom video conferencing devices for board meetings and events
• Working with the networking team to troubleshoot network challenges and provide solutions
• Working on Active Directory DS and Microsoft exchange to organise and manage the cooperates database objects
• Installation of OS and updated features for servers in the NNPC CHQ Data center thereby improving to operational efficiency of the servers and protection against external threat

• Worked within a group of corp members led by the site engineer
