I have a 4 years experience as a operations manager at a restaurant where my duties were but not limited to;

• Identify interested and qualitied customers to provide them with additional information and successfully making them part of the family
• Learn about competitors' products or consumers interests or concerns to answer questions or provide more complete information and most importantly to better the services provided.
• In-depth data research and analysis of food to be newly introduced, new ways of food preparation and presentation.
• Receive and record all funds transactions in the financial system while depositing them in the company’s bank accounts. Also, ensuring that the financial records are in line with organizations’s audit requirements
• Prepare and issue payments authorization, handle disbursement and refunds.
• Oversee the payments and delivery of services
• Taking of inventories and ensuring maximization of raw materials to be used thereby reducing wastefulness
• Ensuring adequate sanitization of both workers and the environment and operations in lime with health rules and regulations
• Marketing and publicity of our service to target market through flyers and social media adverts by proper set up and photograph of products to attract potential customers
• Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in service.

• I learnt making of small chops and other finger foods for 4 months at Sunrise finger foods
• I took a course in mixology in 2 weeks at TMP Mixology Academy
• I graduated with a second class upper in Real Estate Management from University of Lagos hence I have adept knowledge in facility and asset management, feasibility and viability study.
