I help keep the entire production running smoothly behind the scenes. I handle the practical and business side of making the movie happen — making sure things stay on schedule, on budget, and organized.

• I help recruit crew members like camera operators, makeup artists, drivers, etc.
• Coordinates contracts and payments.
• Arranging locations, transportation, accommodation, and equipment.
• I handle permits and production paperwork
• I ensure the set has what it needs daily.
• I handle emergencies or unexpected delays.
• I find quick solutions when issues happen on set.
• I keep production moving under pressure
• I act as a bridge between producers, directors, and crew.
• I keep everyone informed about plans and changes.
• I help maintain safety rules on set.
• I ensure proper working conditions for cast and crew.
