Job Description

-Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory goods

• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens and mixers
• Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies
• Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

-Supervise and training of a new intake

-Farm management and waste management

• Hotel store keep
