Caleb Brian

My name is Okoh Caleb Brian I’m from Nigeria Enugu state, I’m a holder of bachelors degree in Human Resources Management with a year of working experience as a Human Resources officer.

In my previous role as a Human Resources manager I was responsible for job analysis and design, hiring and selection, training and development while improving my overall managerial knowledge.

Prior to this position I spent about a year working as a human resource officer for A.N. NNAMANI ENTERPRISE COMPANY LTD. In this role, I was tasked with a handful of unique challenges, including Rethinking the employee value proposition, Re-engaging the workforce, strengthening manager-employee relationships. Over the course of my time there i was able to overcome and redefine all this challenges.

I have a bachelors degree in human resource management, I have a certificate in the field of technology Java programming language I also have a professional course certificate in economics and international business from international business management institute Berlin • Germany
