I'm Chidi Nwaogu, an excellent communicator and entrepreneur. I have over 120,000 followers on social media. I founded, grew, and sold two tech startup companies before I turned 24, including LAGbook, a social network that garnered over one million registered users within three years and was acquired by a Canadian tech company, Gulf Pearl, in 2013.
After LAGbook, I founded Publiseer, described by Konbini as "one of the largest digital publishing companies in Africa". Publiseer has helped over 9,000 underserved and independent African creatives earn a living from the sales of their creative works. Currently, I'm transitioning from my role at Savvy, a business incubator that has equipped over 10,000 passionate individuals from 163 countries, with the knowledge, tools, and support network to build their businesses.
For my accomplishments at both Publiseer and Savvy, I've won the Migration Entrepreneurship Prize from the Swiss Government, and Africa’s Business Heroes Prize from the Alibaba Foundation; to mention a few. I've been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Young Nigerians for the Year 2021” by YNaija.
