A Registered Adult Nurse who

Keep, maintain and update detailed records of the patient's care.
Give physical care to patients who require help and assist them to regain independence.
- Makes use of good aseptic techniques to manage and care for patients so as to reduce the risk of infection and further deterioration.
- Provides information to patients to intimate them on ways to ensure and maintain a good health.
- Cooperates effectively with other members of the healthcare team to care for patients and act as patients' advocate.
- Delegates duties as appropriate and give feedback to superiors as required.
- Provides psychotherapy to patients and instill confidence in them to hope for a positive outcome.
