• Manage staff carrying out physically demanding cleaning duties
• Provide basic first aid and immediate care for minor injuries or health complaints
• Ensure company's first-aid supplies are properly maintained
• Keep basic health and first-aid records where necessary
• Follow up on staff health-related concerns where appropriate
• Reduce staff absenteeism through proper health management and documentation
• Consult with staff and administer medications or injections to reduce need for external healthcare facility visits
