I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication at the University of Benin, Benin City. The opportunity to be part of an organization where I can take part in best practices relating to customer success attracted me to this position. I am highly enthusiastic and hardworking, a nimble learner who is eager to learn and grow my career in customer service.
I started off my career with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc as a customer contact personnel/Bulk teller. In that role I was a top-rated staff, who performed well with or without supervision. I further developed the ability to work under pressure, a strong listening and negotiation skills.
Furthermore, I bring to the table solid capabilities in areas such as management, communication for development, customer service and product knowledge, these skills I demonstrated with Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, as an administrative officer. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft tools for report analysis, communication and documentation.
I currently work with NewGlobe Education Services as a resolution officer. I believe with my experience in customer care and officer role, I am equipped with the set skills required for effective performance in the said position. For example, effective time management skills can be evidenced in the prompt response to customers request, troubleshooting and proffering solution.
I am known to complete task, 40% less than the stipulated time. Furthermore, I also learnt to use the various communication channels to promote products on behalf of the company, team work and usually volunteered to take up more responsibility in the absence of a customer relation personnel.
