➢ Audit preparation (VPO/DPO).
➢ Safety monitoring across all work process area.
➢ Promote awareness of occupational safety and entrenchment of safety VPO/DPO pillars.
➢ Conduct induction for new employee.
➢ Improve incident reporting across work area via training.
➢ Train driver and operator on safe driving behavior and cleanliness of workplace
➢ Coordinate team with zero incident during working hour
➢ Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
➢ Correct unsafe act or conditions through regular line of authority.
➢ Inspect work area to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
➢ Daily routine checks on drivers safe driving behavior.
➢ Ensure safety guidelines.
➢ Report SIO’S on CRE 360.
