About
UI/UX and Product Designer with a few years of experience designing digital products from the first idea to developer-ready designs. Has worked across healthcare, education, human resources, and small business websites. Most recently the only designer on a school management system that's now live for an international college, and on a full HR platform covering payroll, leave, and staff performance.
Comfortable taking a messy process, like grading, payroll, or a clinic workflow, and turning it into something simple enough that people can use it without training. Works closely with developers all through the project, not just at the end.
Experience
UI/UX Designer at Digitty Solutions (2025-01 – 2026-01)
Sole designer on EMPLOA, an HR platform covering the day-to-day of running a workforce.
- Designed the payroll section, turning a multi-step calculation and approval process into something HR staff could get through without needing a walkthrough.
- Built the leave management flow, covering requests, approvals, and balance tracking, to replace what used to be tracked in spreadsheets.
- Designed the onboarding flow for new hires, covering documents, account setup, and orientation, step by step.
- Built the performance appraisal section, structuring review cycles and manager feedback so it stayed clear even with more than one reviewer involved.
- Designed a workforce analytics dashboard showing headcount, attendance, and payroll trends, focused on the few numbers HR leaders actually check day to day.
- Took EMPLOA from an early concept through to developer handoff on her own, including the main HR dashboard that ties payroll, leave, onboarding, and appraisals together.
- Designed landing pages and websites for a few other clients at the same time, focused on clean visuals that also helped each business get their point across.
- Kept a consistent process and file structure across all the projects running at once, and presented work directly to clients, adjusting based on feedback without losing time on other jobs.
Senior UI/UX Designer at Alsesi Technologies (2024-01 – 2025-01)
- Designed a diagnostic center platform end to end, covering patient appointment booking, scan scheduling, and a radiologist-facing system for reviewing scans and writing reports.
- Designed the booking flow so patients could pick a diagnostic center, choose the right scan or test, and book a slot without needing to call in.
- Built the radiologist side of the platform, covering case assignment, image review, and report writing, so radiologists could move through their caseload without switching between tools.
- Designed an admin dashboard for center staff to track bookings, scan turnaround times, and radiologist workload at a glance.
- Put together a shared design system (components, spacing, fonts) so the platform stayed consistent as new features got added.
- Reviewed finished work against the design regularly with the dev team and flagged spacing or layout issues before release.
- Made sure the platform worked well on both web and mobile, adjusting layouts for each instead of just shrinking the same design down.
- Noticed patients getting confused mid-booking about which scan they actually needed, so added a short guided step to help them pick the right one before continuing.
- Handed off design files with clear notes on spacing and interactions so developers didn't need to keep asking questions.
UI/UX Designer at Movictech (2024-01 – 2025-01)
Sole designer on Stanford Portal, a school management platform built for Stanford Learning Hub International College. It's live and in use.
- Designed three separate portals in one platform, for admins, teachers, and students, each with its own permissions and daily tasks.
- Built the teacher tools for planning lessons, writing lesson notes, and setting assignments, aiming to cut down the steps between writing something and getting it in front of students.
- Designed the CBT (computer-based test) flow, used by teachers to set up exams and by students to take them, including timing and question navigation.
- Designed the student side, covering course access, submitting assignments, and tracking project supervision, with mobile as a priority since a lot of students use their phones.
- Built the results and grading area so admins and teachers could scan through student results quickly.
- Designed the payments flow, a CMS for the school's website, an announcements section, and a real-time chat between students, teachers, and admins.
- Organized the Figma files by role and feature instead of by page, so developers could build chat, payments, or exams at the same time without waiting on each other.
- Handed off annotated files so developers had what they needed without a lot of back and forth.
Junior UI/UX Designer (Intern) at St. Patricks Firm (2024-01 – 2024-06)
- Helped senior designers with web and mobile designs for client projects, using Figma from wireframes through to final designs.
- Took part in wireframing, turning rough client briefs into layouts the team could review and build from.
- Built interactive prototypes for client meetings and internal reviews, showing how the main flows would work.
- Sat in on design critiques and usability reviews regularly, and picked up habits around file organization and components from more senior designers.
- Kept every design responsive so it worked properly on both desktop and mobile.
- Got consistent feedback from senior designers about attention to detail and reliability.
