As a software engineer with over nine (9) years of professional experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of designing, developing and maintaining software systems at both Entry and Mid-Level. My technical skills include proficiency in backend technology like Python, NodeJS, PHP, Dart, Golang, Java and front end technology like REACT JS, HTML, CSS, Javascript which I have an average of six(6)years of using this technologies to develop and collaborate on great projects. • Developed and maintained telephony infrastructure using Telenyx for carrier-grade SIP trunking and Jambonz as an open-source CPaaS solution, implementing WebRTC endpoints, session border controllers, call routing logic, call recording, call transfer, conference bridging, and voicemail systems integrated with the AI platform.
• Architected bidirectional data synchronization between KAssie AI and enterprise CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and Salesloft, designing RESTful API integrations and webhook implementations for real-time call activity logging, automatic contact synchronization, lead status updates, and pipeline management.
• Configured SIP protocols, WebSocket connections, and media servers for low-latency voice transmission, implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, API rate limiting strategies, and custom field mapping logic to ensure seamless data flow between telephony systems and each CRM's unique data structures.
• Implemented AI-driven call routing algorithms distributing calls based on customer CRM data, agent availability, and skill-based routing, while developing intelligent IVR systems with natural language understanding and real-time speech-to-text transcription.
