Previously, I worked as a Human Resource Officer, where I managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and human resources operations. My earlier experience at Newedge Finance and Vitachem Nigeria Limited helped build strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am proactive, adaptable, and passionate about people and performance.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which provides a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics. In addition, I have completed certification courses including a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Analytics, and Recruitment and Selection, equipping me with practical skills in HR strategy, data-driven decision-making, and talent acquisition.
