• Preparation of Staff Monthly Payroll.
• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance in all countries.
• Ensure all payrolls are always delivered on time and with 100% accuracy.
• Generation of Field personnel pay slips and delivery to the personnel within 24 hours of receipt of Salaries.
• Coordinating the collation of personnel confirmation of receipt of salaries
• Entry of all payroll transaction into the accounting software.
• Reconciliation of personnel monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and match with invoices.
• Assist in collation of Payroll Monthly reports.
• Collating and Filling of Payment Documents.
• Analysis of Payroll Objective Monitoring table.
• Preparation of Monthly PAYE, Pension, NASITF and ITF Schedule for Filed Staff on or before the 10th of the preceding month.
• Assist the Head of payroll unit to liaise with the field personnel to retrieve their timesheets and relevant supporting documents of claims for payroll purposes on or before the 4th of the preceding month.
• Assist in the computation of personnel payroll liability in an accurate manner within24 hours of receipt of timesheet except when queries exist on such timesheets.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, administering expenses and following up on outstanding payments.
• Timely processing and documentation of Form M transactions with the banks to support importations
• Creating, processing, sending bills and invoices to clients.
• Reconcile bank statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Analyze financial data and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Ensuring and keeping proper records of the Company’s Books.
• Assist with audits and tax preparations and providing supporting documents.

• Computation and preparation of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Pay As You Earn (PAYE) for clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely filling of all documents with FIRS and LIRS to enable easy retrieval of documents and ensure proper archiving of prior fiscal year documents.
