I'm Divyanka, Indian, working for a conglomerate in Nigeria for a bit more than 6 years now. Currently, I'm on a sabbatical and looking for new opportunities, which will help me broaden my skill set.

I've over 7 years of multi-sectoral experience (metals and chemicals manufacturing, farming, agro-processing and packaging, minerals exploration and mining, and non-banking finance), handling a range of strategy-related responsibilities from primary research, business analysis and development, financial modelling and analysis, due diligence for potential acquisitions followed by transition periods, expense management and P&L responsibility.

• Conducted market feasibility studies and financial modelling for acquisitions and diversification:
• Identified bottleneck, evaluated viability and tracked setup of 10-tonne rotary to double lead production.

• Acquired Lela Agro Sacks following financial evaluation, thorough due diligence, bank negotiations (~37% haircut), tolling and transitioning period.

• Pipe factory – Introduced QC protocols to effectively catch wastages from appearing in finished goods; Monitored production to reduce inventory and interest on working capital.
• Helped refractory division to breakeven by handling external sales of refractory products.
• Implemented app to monitor production and maintenance on real time basis and achieving 100% compliance within 6 months for lead and steel plants.
• Managed pilot study for farming cassava, maize and soybean experimenting with land usage, varieties and fertilizer usage to setup ethanol and sorbitol plant.
