In the last four years, I have developed myself by building my knowledge and skills in Product Management, Scrum, Software Testing and Customer Service. With my team, I have been able to design KPI structures for products, implement market research, work with the scrum team to build and test software products, prioritize the backlog, and manage customer expectations with keen eyes for spotting growth trends while working with internal and external stakeholders.
