• Undertake safe mooring/unmooring operation with/without tug assistance upon arrival and/or departure from port.
• Take decisions for the seaworthiness, safe navigation and operation of vessel in accordance with relevant national and international laws, rules and regulation as well as the company's management system.
• Ensure the health and safety of crew and other persons onboard by motivate crew compliances with company Safety Management System towards Zero (0) Harm goal with 0 LTI.
• Safeguard company interest by presenting a vessel ready for port state, SIRE and flag state inspection with max 1 Observation/NCs

HSEQ Supritendent – LNG Fleet at BW Fleet Management AS (2023-08 – 2024-01)

• Quality assessment, audit and control of near miss and accident reports from assigned vessel.
• Fleet wide promulgation of safety information, lessons learnt and experience from near misses.
• Monitor and coordinate internal/external audits, flag state and other inspection needs for assigned vessels.
• Maintain updates to safety information and procedures on company's Safety Management System.
• Initiate BUSCAT-investigation need for incident from ships.
• Monitor vessels compliance and implementation with MOC need and policies.

Chief Officer – LNG CARRIERS at BW Fleet Management AS (2018-11 – 2023-08)

• Supervised numerous third-party operations involving diver and service technician with 100% completion rate and Zero accidents.
• Interface with charterer, terminal and port representative such as Cargo Surveyors, Loading Masters and Marine Supervisors.
• Prepare vessel for port state, SIRE and flag state inspection with max 2 Observation/NCs
• Accident investigation, identification of near misses and safety training of ship complement.
• Safety officer for 5+ years with over 1000 days LTI (Lost Injury Time) Free.
• Over 20-cargo operation completed with zero letter of protest and no delays in turn-around.
