 Preparation of media for analysis.

 Microbial Analysis of water used for Production.

 Microbial Enumeration test and specific organisms on sample (product raw material and packaging material)

 Stability testing of all relevant materials.

 Ensure labels sampled/under test are pasted accordingly when needed.

 Maintenance of accurate record of all media and other consumables.

 Carry out instrument checks and recording on maintenance of the correct temperature of all incubator, ovens, water baths etc.

 Maintain and calibrate all analytical instruments that require calibration.

 Carries out any other functions as may be assigned by the management

Quality assurance in-process analyst

 Responsible for all aspects of in-process control checks on Batch

Manufacturing during weighing, mixing, filling and packaging processes.

 Carry out production line clearance/start up checks.

 Responsible for sampling of product blends, packaging materials, in-process reference sample and finished products for both chemical and microbiological laboratories.

 Physical analysis of product blends and finished products.

 Monitoring the Humidity and Temperature condition of the Production and

Warehousing area.

 To carry out cGMP audit of all areas and operations in Production,

Warehouse and Quality control areas.

 Documentation of all in-process activities carried out.

 Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the AGM Quality

Operations/GMP.

 Affixing Quality Assurance status label on all Products and Materials.

 Ensuring that all materials have been analysed and carries Passed or Released Label before allowing for use in Production.

Ensuring compliance to appropriate Storage and handling requirements of products and materials received or Transferred into Warehouses and cold rooms.
