- Provided data collection services on post-partum family planning (PPFP) from selected documents in selected health facilities within designated areas of Kaduna state for Data Quality Assessment as contracted by Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Nigeria in support of its survey.
- Conducted field assessments and ensured that healthcare workers adhered to the minimum service delivery for post-partum family planning (PPFP) in facilities across various local government areas in Kaduna state, and were efficiently administered/delivered, which strengthened health systems and sustained improvements in high quality services that put people at the center of healthcare, the outcome of the assessment significantly reduced the rate of maternal and infant mortality.
