• Designed the brand strategy and digital presence for TALNIAS, covering positioning, copy, and platform architecture for four target audiences.
• Delivered a full data digitisation project for the National Hydrographic Agency (NHA): refactored a monolithic JS tidal data system into per-port lazy-loaded JSON files, with a custom chart interface and branded WordPress block.
• Designed a digital permit application portal (PHP + MySQL) to replace NHA's email-based permit system, covering applicant portal, staff portal, admin panel, public verification, payment proof upload, and a dispute resolution mechanism.
• Built TranscriptTower, a platform for academic transcript requests (Django + Paystack + PostgreSQL), from concept through to working build.
• Developed Vigilant, an AI productivity monitoring tool (Python + Gemini Vision) with cross-platform screenshot capture, structured JSON analysis, and session logging. Published publicly on GitHub under TALNIAS.
• Managed end-to-end client work including requirements gathering, system architecture, pricing, and delivery.
