I worked at an online mall called Northern hibiscus, What I did at my past job was, customer care representative, I did data entry for inventory and entry of clients details, I also made sure that payments were sent on time and when orders were placed I made sure that it was delivered on time, and sometimes I participate in marketing through social media.
