In my current role, I lead multi-departmental operations, oversee armoured vehicle production from design through final testing, manage budgets and strategic planning, and ensure full compliance with international ballistic and quality standards (NIJ, STANAG). I have consistently delivered cost reductions, improved operational performance, and strengthened organizational capability through disciplined execution and team development.
