Senior Laboratory Analyst at NNPC EIGHTEEN OPERATING LTD (2023-01 – Present)

Responsible for day to day analysis such as:

• Determination of Water content of Wellhead Crude oil by Distillation Method
• Determination of Water content of pumpline Crude oil by BS&W Method
• Determination of Sand Content of Crude oil
• Laboratory Fortified Quality Check on Solvent used in crude oil analysis
• Retain and store test samples under specified conditions and period
• Chemical injection determination and monitoring at the flow stations
• Monitoring of the dehydration and separation processes at the IFDU

Laboratory Analyst at EROTON EXP.AND PRODUCTION LTD (2015-01 – 2023-12)

• Daily analysis of three hourly pumpline samples of all the flow stations and to determine the average BS&W, API gravity and Relative Density of the export crude
• Bimonthly analysis of wellhead samples of all the wellheads to ascertain the pumpline results and to ensure conformity
• Managing and monitoring sand level in the process through sampling and analysis in order to safeguard well integrity and productivity to achieve the production target
• Providing to the programmer, the day to day BS&W report of various flow stations as well as those of the various crude oil wells
• Keeping a record of trending of various wells to help in monitoring the changes in their formations
• Collaborating with a joint sampling team such as DPR, SPDC and AITEO during the routine joint sampling to ensure results consistency
• Providing chemistry and analytical solution to production team
• Corrosion monitoring of the pipelines and vessels through SRB test

Analytical Chemist at SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMP. LTD (2012-01 – 2015-12)

• Responsible for day to day analysis such as: Determination of Water content of Wellhead Crude oil by Distillation Method

• Provide technical input to risk reviews, such as, Health/Safety/Environmental risk
