- Perform calibration on pressure, temperature and flow transmitters using HART communicator
- Carrying out tube bending exercises
- Calibrate and readinging measurement instrument like gauges, recorders, positioners and controllers
- Interpreting P&ID diagrams
- Performing troubleshooting
- Performing loop testing
- Integrating transmitters with control systems
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN at EXTABASS TECHNOLOGY (2024-03 – 2024-12)
- Overhauling, repair, maintenance and testing of various kinds of control valves
- Calibrating, and adjusting basic instrument, replacing defaced parts
- Servicing and testing of pneumatic and hydraulic actuators
- Inspect and produce paper work on each valve package that is complete
