My name is Gabriel Ojobo. Currently, I am building my experience in legal support and administrative services, with a focus on legal research, document preparation, compliance processes, and remote collaboration.
In the past, I have worked on handling legal documentation, supporting case preparation, and assisting with tasks that required strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. These experiences have helped me develop excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
In the future, I would like to continue growing in the legal field, expand my professional expertise, and work with organizations where I can contribute meaningfully while developing long-term career opportunities.
Recently, I have worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Fola Akinrinsola, Ojo & Co Legal Practice, where I provide legal advisory services on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT regulations, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. I also support clients with risk management, board documentation, and commercial transactions.
Before this, I worked as a Freelance Legal Counsel, advising SMEs on compliance, contract structuring, CAC filings, and NDPR audits while completing my LL.M degree. I also served at Tolu Babaleye & Co, where I handled legal due diligence, business transactions, litigation, and arbitration matters.
Some of my key achievements include drafting governance policies for financial institutions, advising on venture capital funding for a U.S.-based company, leading successful debt recovery campaigns for a microfinance bank, and supporting major real estate and corporate transactions across Lagos.

I am also a Professional Student Member of ICSAN, further strengthening my expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
