- Carried out energy audit of the electrical appliances of the academy to improve on its energy efficiency.
- Visited sites to measure roof dimensions, obstacles location and performed shading analysis.
- Determined photovoltaic (PV) system design optimization for cost reduction and performance improvement.
- Performed testing and troubleshooting of newly installed solar energy systems to ensure they work efficiently.
- Operated electrical rotating machines using direct on line (DOL), forward reverse and star-delta connections.
- Performed no load (off load), magnetic core balance and short circuit tests on distribution transformer.

- Administered assessments to determine each student's level of understanding in order to evaluate students’ academic performance.
- Reviewed curriculum and devised alternate teaching methods (physical demonstration, videos and charts) which increased students’ performances from 60% to 90% in both WAEC and NECO examination.
- Assisted struggling students to increase performance level by designing individualized lesson plans focused on areas of weakness which helped twenty out of thirty students improve from 45% to 65%.
- Implemented and encouraged debate-style classroom environment to increase students’ engagement and promote critical thinking.
