My background includes serving as a customer support service in financial and retail environments., I worked in the cash management department in a bank Most recently,I work as an Accountant/IT personnel where my responsibilities included handling customers request and taking calls, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging returned consignments for recording ,contacting branches and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods.
Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-service centers. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as wrong entries, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 30 to 60 calls per day.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during with a certificate in Ecobank Nigeria Limited.
