ACCOMMODATING SPECIAL REQUESTS THAT PET OWNERS MAY HAVE.
IDENTIFYING HEALTH ISSUES IN PETS, SUCH AS EAR INFECTIONS, SKIN CONDITIONS, OR TOOTH DECAY, AND INFORMING PET OWNERS OF THESE OBSERVATIONS.
