I have built up significant experience over this period in IT Helpdesk support. This experience has given me a great deal of knowledge concerning IT support and the maintenance, functioning, and protection of computer systems. I have also interacted with many users, assisting them with their technical issues such as Password reset, laptop setup, assigning of license, laptop configuration, etc Thus, I am proficient in both the organizational and technical aspects of being a System Engineer. In particular, I have been able to help many users streamline and integrate their software and network services, installing devices, and improving the functioning of all aspects of their internal computer networks.
