- Troubleshoot electrical panels, transformers and motor feeders using schematic diagrams; operate, test and synchronize Emergency Diesel Generators (EDGs), Steam Turbine Generators (STGs) and the Gas Turbine Generator (GTG).
- Supervise daily routine checks on transformers, UPS and DCP systems, and test, configure and operate Motor Operated Valves (MOVs).
- Maintain SAP historical maintenance data entry, coordinate and support other section engineers, and ensure smooth running of the unit through regular feedback.
- Manage and motivate the team, ensuring coordination and cooperation between departments, and enforce 100% safety compliance (LOTO, PTW, PPE) across all activities, sustaining a zero-incident record.
