• Assist with ensuring that all CCFN staff documents are properly arranged and filled in line with the organizational policy
• Ensured that the filling shelves are arranged in an orderly manner for easy document retrieval during audit and other reviews
• Responsible for ensuring the following are accurate, complete, and up to date:-personnel files, administration of health insurance scheme
• Sorting out files of different projects from years past
• Updating and replacement of out-dated job description of staff and replaced with current ones
• Removing duplicate and missing file numbers on staff folders
• Assist with auditing including putting relevant document on logistics records
• Separating retired and resigned staff files for easy access
• Contacting staff members with missing documents e.g. ID cards, passports, offer letters etc
