• Strategy Formulation and Implementation
•  Performance Management and Monitoring 
• Profitability Analysis and Reporting of Public Sector Directorate
•  Data mining and presentation to aid performance of the Business Units 
•  Business Advisory and Support
•  Coordinating Marketing efforts in the Directorate
•  Identify accurate and appropriate research source for data gathering
•  Provide key information and intelligence reports to the Relationship Managers, Business Managers, Group Heads & Executive Director, Public Sector Directorate 
•  Monitor developments by carrying out environmental scans to ensure that Public Sector Directorate is abreast with all news/developments

I have 16 years Banking experience with 7 years at Management level

I possess Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a professional qualification (CISA)
