I head the Business Intelligence and doubles as the SA to the Executive Director, Public Sector. Below are part of my activities;
- Strategy Formulation and Implementation
- Performance Management and Monitoring
- Profitability Analysis and Reporting of Public Sector Directorate
- Data mining and presentation to aid performance of the Business Units
- Business Advisory and Support
- Coordinating Marketing efforts in the Directorate
- Identify accurate and appropriate research source for data gathering
- Provide key information and intelligence reports to the Relationship Managers, Business Managers, Group Heads & Executive Director, Public Sector Directorate
- Monitor developments by carrying out environmental scans to ensure that Public Sector Directorate is abreast with all news/developments
