In the past 9 years, I have participated in the implementation and support (Human Capital Management) of the following ERP applications both in the public and private sectors:

• Oracle Human Capital Management
• Oracle Fusion HCM
• SoftSuite Human Capital Management

HCM Modules implemented are Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Self Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Recruitment.

I have also participated in project planning as well as controlling an entire implementation cycle using AIM and OUM implementation methodology.

I have outstanding expertise in gap analysis, application design, application configuration, application, customization, and personalization.

I have also participated in fresh implementations as well as upgrades from older versions to newer versions of the above mention application.

I fully participated in a client’s total business re-engineering process.

I facilitate training to users and support staff.

I have the ability to assist in providing solutions to enable clients to derive maximum benefits and total flexibility of the functionality in the above-mentioned ERP Applications.
