• Gathering of requirements for an effective Business Process Management defining High-Level requirements to create a smooth-running Business as Usual (BAU) flow.
• Documentation of As-Is process and To-be process, workflow approvals and process Maps by performing gap analysis and comparative analysis.
• Working closely with the project Managers and PMO managers to deliver project and programmes to plan.
• Maintaining and creating process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation.

• Stakeholder engagement and maintain close working relationship with key players.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operating deficiencies and improve productivity across client services.
• Responsible for taking incoming and outgoing calls alongside managing a team of 3 from clients with 100% customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Centre activity tracking, ensure closure of open tickets / issues both in the Support Centre system and with the customer while avoiding SLA breach.
