I am an experienced accountant and finance officer with little experience of human resource management. Currently, I am a branch manager, but I am looking for more challenging experience in finance.

Responsible for seeing to the day to day activities of the branch and writing of weekly report to the head office. Involved in recruitment and selection of employees, as well as maintaining their records and documentation. Incharge of cross-checking company’s purchase invoices with physical goods supplied and participate in control of prices and profit margin based on supply and demand of products.

Involved in taking disciplinary actions against defaulting employees. Responsible for handling employees complaints and grievances.
