As a Project Cost Controller at Baywood Dextron Ventures, I have been instrumental in the successful execution of the Chevron Oil Storage Tank Replacement and Upgrade Project. Through my expertise in resource management, critical path analysis, and budget monitoring, I have consistently delivered projects on time and within budget. My ability to analyze trends and communicate progress effectively has enabled me to build strong relationships with project personnel and clients alike.
In my current role, I have developed and maintained resource-loaded schedules,cost estimates, resolved scheduling conflicts, and provided valuable insights through useful reports and graphs. I have also played a key role in change management, attended to RFP’s, IFB’s , and the coordination of work packages. Additionally, my experience as a Procurement Officer has sharpened my attention to detail and ability to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
