Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently process customer transactions, including:
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
• Transfers
• Bill payments across different platforms
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, count and package currencies, and balance daily reports with precision and accuracy.
• Product Promotion: Promote the bank's products and services to customers.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive customer information.
• ATM Operations: Ensure the effective running and operation of ATMs.
